What Is Communication?

  • Communication is nothing but sharing or exchanging of information by speaking, writing, or using some other medium, when information goes in a effectively that communication we called "Effective Communication".

Important of effective communication: 
  
  • Handling the Criticize.
  • Respond Criticized.
  • Controlling Anxiety.

There are 3 Types of effective communication:

  • Assertive communication: - if you   did mistake also , I want tell  that is not good . don’t do next time.
  • Passive communication:-   its means if I tell something some one tell something they don’t have interest  also yes we will do. This called passive communication.

  • Aggressive communication:-  if you can take that is positive or nagitive your communication is nagitive this called  aggressive communication.

Advantages of effective communication:

  • To take strong decision
  • Increased productivity.
  • Steadier (fixed) work flow.
  • Stronger business relationship.
  • Clear promotional materials.
  • Enhanced professional image.
  • Improved stakeholder.
  • Quicker problem solving.
We can communicate with others in two methods those are :
  • Verbal communication
  • Nan-verbal communication
  • Facial expressions
  • Guesser
  • Eye content
  • Body language
